Sigma are the recognised Strategic Partner for the SBAC’s SC21 programme.  The SC21 Strategic Partner programme provides a focussed business improvement programme for suppliers and supply chains. The Sigma team will work with you to identify the priority areas within the SC21 themes of Accreditation, Excellence and Relationships where improvements can be made. The  Sigma team will work with your organisation to help you build these improvements into your tailored Continuous Sustainable Improvement Plan (CSIP).

Sigma will ensure that you develop a recognised CSIP that, once implemented, can be recognised by SBAC as SC21 Bronze, Silver or Gold award level.  Whatever level you achieve, it will help you secure a competitive advantage with your customers.

Rather than duplicate existing processes, we will make sure that we build upon what you already have.  We will liaise with your customers and suppliers in your supply chain to ensure the best possible support for the success of your CSIP.  We will, where appropriate, point you in the right direction for further specialist help and support through your regional partners.
