This workshop has been designed in response to the joint MOD/Industry Partnering Implementation
Working Group’s (PIWG) call to action to improve business relationships as outlined in the Joint
MoD/Industry Commercial Policy Guideline No.9 and the Defence Industrial Strategy

  • Understand, adopt and promote the right behaviours
  • Understand and be equipped to implement the steps needed to build and sustain effective business relationships
  • Be able to develop a Relationship Management Plan
  • Understand how implementing CPG #9 fits supports other related MoD & Industry initiatives e.g. MoD Partnering Handbook, SBAC's SC21
